Atividades:
- Support Smart Drinking Director and Community Affairs Director on activities related to our main goals: Social
Norms; Guidance Label; Non-Alcohol and Low alcohol; City Pilots and any new demand.
- It is expected for the person to generate data; interpret data and act towards improving the results and indicators and
close the GAPs. Must challenge the current ways of working focusing on the positive impact. Also, it is expected to be
able to communicate with different cultures to spread the knowledge and be able to bring people together towards the
achievement of the goals.
- It is important to have a good approach in the communication as well in order to handle internal and external
auditing of the 1Billion Social Norms Goal of our company (CEO Commitments for zones and GHQ - Company set an
expectancy of “investing” 1 Billion Dollars towards a positive communication towards healthy consumption of alcohol.).
- Be able to be the ambassador of the Smart Drinking and Human rights of our company spreading the internal
culture.
Main Challenges:
- Support stakeholder and GCC Better World team with doubts
- Ensure deliveries from data to compose CEO Commitments and Better World Report – CEO
- Share Social Norms $1Bi Targets & Status with all countries
- Organize Webinars for the Smart Drinking University Project
- Identify New approaches to close the GAPs; Think outside of the box; Seek for improvements
- Monitor the results and change the course of action when the need is identified
- Guarantee team routine and SLA’s.
- Keep the general sustainability of the role.
Responsibilities (SLAs; KPIs; Deliverables)
- Strategy to close the gap on the social norms & guidance label goal
- Share Social Norms $1Bi Targets & Status with all countries
- Run 20+ Social Marketing Workshops for Zones and BUs
- Negotiate and execute annual audit with KPMG
- Map all Zone/BUs Smart Drinking Campaigns
- Map Smart Drinking Campaigns external best practices
- Organize annual Social Marketing Competition
- Monitor compliance with 3%+2% Media Policy
- Provide coaching to local teams on Social Marketing
- Ensure 100% of eligible beer volume with Guidance Label (PMO)
- Audit all expenses of the $1Bi Social Norms Goal
- Follow-up with GCC Bangalore support team about the status and data
- Support with payments to vendors, POs, etc + track CA budget
- Use data from Power BI to drive action and decision making
- Team routine
- Ad-roc management
Pré-requisitos:
Education
